We are growing our Process Engineering Team by adding a Sr. Process Engineer.

This role will join a dynamic team of thinkers, doers and learners. Led by the VP of Quality & Engineering, the Sr. Process Engineer is responsible for the completion of machine setup, trials, and process qualifications for various medical devices and products in the single-use arena. They will work closely with the team to develop machine setups, tooling, and optimize equipment for production. The Sr. Process Engineer leads continual improvement efforts by analyzing workflow, space requirements, equipment layouts, and processes that will reduce cost, improve efficiency, reduce waste, improve product quality, improve output, and maintain safety. They assist in resolving manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure safe operations and prevent operational delays and downtime. This roles partners with Quality and Program Management relying on strong & effective communication skills.

KEY COMPETENCIES WE SEEK:

  • 4-6 years in the field as a mechanical, process engineer
  • Mighty Analysis / Reasoning skills

  • Ability to multi-task, pivot quickly and approach the work with a positive outlook
