The Role and Responsibilities: This is a permanent full-time role based at the company’s site in St Ives, Cambridgeshire as part of the Manufacturing and Operations team. The successful applicant will ensure documentation within the Quality Management System is appropriately maintained and controlled.

 Key Duties include but not limited to:

  • Scanning/sending batch records to internal stakeholders
  • Control, distribution & archiving of quality documentation
  • Production & issuance of documentation
  • Maintaining quality related training records
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
  • Making recommendations for improvement

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a GMP environment is preferable
  • Previous experience of controlling QMS documentation
  • Great organisational and communication skills
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Experience of working in an ISO 9001/ISO 13485 environment
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications
