Job Description

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven Marketing Coordinator to develop and manage marketing programs that support lead acquisition, foster client retention, provide sales support and advance brand building. The Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of a small, nimble and very collaborative marketing organization. You are part of a group of team players that are all committed to a common agenda, and regularly cross job description boundaries to share the load on large projects or when priorities shift. Candidates must be very self-motivated and versatile, and embody creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail and project management skills. You have strong communication skills, an ability to understand and analyze trends, and a deep understanding of the wide variety of marketing channels. Please note that this position can be fully remote Responsibilities Support the development of campaign initiatives that attract and nurture qualified buyers including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management; Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice. Use closed-loop analytics to monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports; Understand how our inbound and outbound marketing activity turns into clients and provide feedback on how to refine our process to convert leads. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data. Drive Twistle’s trade show and event plans by identifying potential targets, reviewing agendas and exhibitor participation options, pitching opportunities to the marketing and sales team, identifying client speaker opportunities and facilitating abstract submissions, and evaluating the ROI of each event. Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements, establishing contracts, developing schedules and assignments, managing vendors, coordinating strategies and messaging, and conducting or facilitating team training. Collaborate with product management to educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits through product release notes, user guides, monthly email product update notifications and other materials. Employ basic graphic design skills to communicate Twistle’s brand across our print and digital footprint. Distribute client eNewsletters and internal updates/newsletters, driving content selection, messaging, layout, and approvals. Manage promotional materials by supporting development and design, ensuring availability on the website and in print, managing inventory, and coordinating regular review/revision schedules. Apply project management skills to ensure that the marketing team stays on track with Asana projects and deliverables. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field. 2+ years of healthcare IT experience in marketing coordination, content marketing, product marketing, demand generation or corporate communication. Strong organizational and project management skills, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills. Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce.com, Pardot. Experience working with budgets. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills to derive meaning from data, analyze metrics, and create reports. Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, clients, cross-functional teams and third parties – a team player!
