Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. Currently, BardyDx has FDA 510(k) clearance and CE Mark approval to market the Carnation Ambulatory Monitor (CAM) Patch and is presently launched in the U.S. and multiple international countries. The CAM Patch is a non-invasive, P-wave centric™ ambulatory cardiac monitor and arrhythmia detection device that is designed to improve patient compliance with its lifestyle-enabling patch design. Designed to be worn comfortably and discreetly by men, women, and children (indicated for pediatric patients > 22 pounds), the CAM Patch is placed on the center of the chest, directly over the heart for optimal ECG signal collection. Distinguished from other products by its state-of-the-art sensing technology, the CAM Patch provides optimal detection and clear recording of the P-wave, the part of the ECG waveform that is essential for accurate arrhythmia diagnosis.
Position Overview & Purpose

Currently, we are looking for Holter Analysis Technicians to join our Clinical Services Team who are passionate about cardiac rhythms and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. The right individuals will join a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment. Ideal candidates will have CCT or CRAT certification or specialize in cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation skills. Experience with cardiology or electrophysiology can be advantageous. This position requires PC proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This exciting role also provides excellent growth and advancement opportunities along with a bonus incentive program. Initially, this position will be on-site in our Houston, TX office with the ability to earn a remote working schedule. Holter Analysis Technicians are responsible for the interpretation and reporting of data received for patients wearing the Carnation Ambulatory Monitor to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and electrophysiology patients.
Core Job Functions & Responsibilities
Process, analyze, interpret, and edit ECG data for clinical accuracy and completeness.
Evaluate and effectively communicate ECG abnormalities to lead technicians and/or physicians and physician staff based on established notification criteria.
Maintain CCT or CRAT proficiency requirements. (CCT or CRAT certification must be obtained within 90-days of date of hire).
Fulfill a quota of at least 60 reports per week.
Submit daily logs of work completed.
Assist Customer Experience Team with clinical questions from accounts/customers as needed.
Continuously develop clinical knowledge, especially ECG rhythm interpretation skills.
Communicate with internal and external customers.
Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or two years college course work preferred
1-3 years of experience as a Holter Scanner or telemetry/monitor technician.
Excellent PC proficiency level
Excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to use critical thinking skills
Knowledge of medical terminology, specific to Cardiology and Electrophysiology
Great work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our customers and patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Nemon/LX Analysis software experience preferred
