Atomwise is looking for a Head of Alliance Management to lead an outstanding team of Alliance Managers and deliver success to our partners around the world.
We are transforming preclinical drug discovery using artificial intelligence (AI). Our technology can screen billions of small molecules to discover novel scaffolds and potent analogs, and contribute to the rational design of molecules during lead optimization. Our partners include pharmaceutical companies, innovative biotech companies, top-ranked academic institutions and global non-profit foundations. We have hundreds of programs that reflect a commitment to lowering the barriers to drug discovery and improving health across all therapeutic areas.
Our team is our most valuable asset. As the Head of Alliance Management, you will join a world class team that provides support and leadership across our business, operational and scientific functions. Everyone on our team is crucial to fully realizing the potential of our technology to transform drug discovery. You will report to the Chief Business Officer and provide exceptional leadership of the alliance management team. Your role will be impactful and diverse (see responsibilities below). Your priorities will be the success of our collaborative projects and strong relationships with our partners.
You love being in dynamic startup companies and you're happy to roll up your sleeves. You make great decisions with imperfect information, convert uncertainty into opportunities, and value feedback. You are equally comfortable working with scientific and business teams. You can jump from an executive summary to detailed technical discussions in a single meeting. You are great at coaching teams. You create trust and goodwill in every relationship.
