THE ROLE Whisper is building a winning marketing team and is looking for a growth marketer/hacker who lives to drive demand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a critical role with high visibility and impact. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission driven company and market to both consumers and hearing care professionals. This person must be a marketing athlete who is data and digitally-driven and highly skilled at building consumer demand from scratch. In this role you will own the entire funnel from demand and lead generation through to subscription at the doctor's office. Your goal is to unlock the right combination of media targeting, lead gen and nurture to drive Whisper subscriptions. You are a prospector who is comfortable trying a large volume of experiments to drive demand and high ROI. You must have strong expertise in paid Facebook and paid Search (SEM). You are comfortable leading both strategy and execution including the media buys in both channels and be able to scale to email, direct mail, and other channels as needed by the business. You are highly data driven and are able to uncover insights from consumer and doctor behavior to optimize conversion. You are skilled at measuring and optimizing for ROI. You must possess an experimental mentality and test and learn relentlessly. You are scrappy and can execute on your own or manage creative and media agencies and contractors as needed. At first this position will be an individual contributor, but it will scale to team management as results dictate. RESPONSIBILITIES Full funnel ownership: further develop analytics and reporting framework, and execute optimization of growth drivers to minimize leakages in consumer and professional marketing funnels Multi-channel digital media execution Media strategy and mix Media buying on Facebook and Google Architect strategy, test and optimize campaigns across digital marketing and advertising channels for conversion and ROI Creative development and execution partnering with contractors or agencies. Web UI and on-page and technical SEO; run conversion tests on website Landing page/lead generation experience creation and optimization Optimization of concierge program--scripting, approach, deployment during the funnel Ownership and future of the techstack which includes a Hubspot CRM and Zendesk plus analytics backend MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Proven track record of driving demand and consumer acquisition with at least 5-8 years of experience working as a Growth Marketer / Growth Hacker (acquisition and retention) or highly related positions Data-driven approach to demand generation with the ability to analyze the full marketing funnel Deep understanding of data analytics and analysis; be able to make sense of data and use it to increase conversion rates and increase site usability Ability to set up and manage program analytics (SQL ability desired) Ability to design and execute experiments Expertise in buying paid social and paid search ads Expertise in Google Analytics Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets Expertise in Google Tag Manager and Google Ad Manager and Facebook Business Manager Hubspot expertise or ability to learn it quickly Extensive hands-on experience with data analytics and A/B testing tools High standards of excellence and attention to detail A scrappy, can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Strong sense of ownership and urgency BONUS POINTS SEO abilities YouTube experience Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Deep email expertise: Email marketing: audience generation, campaign structure & optimization Email marketing/drip campaigns for consumers and professionals If you're interested in difficult and novel problems in embedded audio, immediate ownership of company defining decisions, top compensation, and work which directly helps 360MM+ people hear again - we'd love to hear from you. is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce with an inclusive working environment for everyone to do their best work.
