We are looking for an energetic, driven administrative professional to help run the day to day of our עgrowing US operations. Based in Boston, Healthy.io is growing a team of professionals in sales, customer care and operations who will become pivotal in the company’s growth and positive impact.
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of areas such as running the US GM’s day to day, onboarding new hires, executing on a variety of diverse projects and supporting the employee experience. We see this as a key role that will help you grow in a variety of professional spheres enabling a diverse career path - into operations, recruiting, administration, HR and more.
2+ years experience as executive or personal assistant to a business executive
Excellent time management skills and proven ability to multitask and prioritize
Great attention to detail, analytical and hard working
Remarkable interpersonal skills - verbal and written communication
Discreet professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and the ability to exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
Eager to try new tasks, learn and grow with the role
BA or equivalent from a to tier - a plus
Experience in managing recruiting processes - a plus
