At Koios Medical, Inc. our flagship product, Koios DS Breast, is FDA cleared clinical decision support software using our proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms to “see” ultrasound images with clarity and precision while automating assessment and clinical documentation. Armed with Koios DS software, physicians deliver a more confident, accurate diagnosis.
Job Description: As a team member focusing on customer Enablement and Engagement, you will:
Serve as an internal voice of the customer, working with other Koios Medical teams, specifically Sales & Activations and Product Management, to exceed customer expectations. Working remotely and/or out of our office in New York City, you will handle all key customer interactions such as physician training, product adoption support, utilization reporting, account expansion and customer renewal.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and interface with all active physician customers (users) domestically.
Enhancing and delivering physician training and onboarding
Effectively solve ad-hoc customer issues as needed, working with internal Deployment specialists.
Collaborate with Koios Medical Sales & Activations team members to expand customer relationships
Monitor customer/system engagement data, share data with customers and implement solutions to drive engagement to ensure product adoption and utilization
Lead the contract renewal process in partnership with the Sales team
Establish new processes for on-going physician and customer leadership interaction to demonstrate utilization, performance metrics and value added, including patient impact and other operational measures
Must have relevant experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, Sales or Marketing role (healthcare device or software a plus)
Minimum 3+ years in account management or related experience
Knowledge of US healthcare delivery is a plus
Outstanding track record of fostering and growing customer relationships
Experience with healthcare workflows and/or process improvement preferred
Willingness to travel (15-20%)
Have strong verbal, written communication and presentation development, and delivery skills
An analytical thinker, detail-oriented who gets things done
