We are located in Saratoga, CA. You will help support our development of next generation displays. To be successful, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, develop and integrate characterization tools and be flexible to contribute in other areas as needed. The Job You will be responsible for lab operations and optical characterization equipment. This includes setup, real-time support and maintaining characterization tools. You will be responsible for data collection, analysis and test automation. You will be responsible for managing external vendors. You will, as-needed, be asked to fill-in for general lab operations to support routine processing. This may, for example, include manual wafer inspection and die pick-and-place. The right candidate will support these processes but look for ways to automate them and increase throughput. You will write quality-controlled documentation such as manufacturing process instructions. Required Qualifications You have a B.A or M.S. in Electrical Engineer, Physics or related technical field You may be a recent graduate with preferably at least 1 year lab experience Programming skills in Python and/or MATLAB You are able to work independently and bring projects to completion Excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic team player Additional Skills Experience with hardware automation is a strong plus.
