Job Description

Act as a trusted advisor to sales directors to establish specific account plans and strategies to support sales Analyze prospect’s requirements and current state propose the best possible solution or solutions Create and deliver customized product demonstrations for prospects and collaborate with product and UX to create visual demonstrations of future products for market feedback Create demo sales tools for prospects and Sales Directors to showcase our technology Create and deliver customized return on investment analysis presentations and provide on-going support to well-qualified prospects conducting evaluations Document prospect business needs, solution customizations, and open action-items during the sales cycle for delivery to the product and engineering team Strategize with Sales Directors on identifying needed internal resources as necessary (technical, clinical, security, etc.) Master and maintain detailed knowledge of Kindbody’s product-suite configuration options Partner with Sales Operations to document and communicate competitive intelligence, product feedback and new requirements from the field Partner with Operations to build enterprise sales integrations and workflows Partner with Sales Directors to respond to RFI/RFP’s Partner with SVP of Enterprise Sales to deepen relationship and manage regional brokers (Lockton, USI, Gallagher, etc) and channel partners (Castlight, Limeade, etc)
