We currently do 50,000 synchronous and asynchronous telehealth visits per week in all 50 states for customers ranging from startups to 2 of the 4 largest payers in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our providers are engaged and meeting operational goals for our telehealth programs. You will work directly with and report to the SVP and GM, Telehealth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and develop operational metrics for our telehealth programs
Actively manage a growing portfolio of diverse telehealth programs by engaging and collaborating with partners and providers to understand and deliver on program needs
Oversee staffing of new telehealth programs combining in house providers and telehealth vendors
Own operational performance of providers across all telehealth programs
Lead team managing relationships with external telehealth vendors
Lead and direct the Clinician Success and Medical Operations teams and personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination
Own management of provider KPIs aligned with clinical operations, such as hours of completed appointments
Own provider/partner transitions and management of new and existing providers
Develop scalable infrastructure to grow at the national level with an emphasis on systems and standardized processes.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, behavioral health, or related; Master’s in related field is preferred
10+ years of significant experience in the industry; leadership or management experience is preferred
5+ years experience directly involved with operational oversight of MDs or NPs
Strong people management skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong team-building skills and ability to motivate others
Prior healthcare industry experience in a high-growth or early stage start-up is required and experience in the diagnostics space preferred
