LetsGetChecked is a global leader in personal health testing. Our medical technology platform provides connectivity between customers and our global network of laboratories. We are enabling customers to order, manage and track their own clinical outcomes through a personal online account.
You will be a key member of the DevOps team and will provide technical expertise and thought leadership towards our core mission of empowering individuals, corporations, universities, public sector, and health insurance companies to use technology in a simple but powerful way to give them greater control of their healthcare needs.
This is a new role within the DevOps team and will be dedicated to support the Care Team with AWS Services and Solutions including Amazon Connect.
You will be working across multiple geographies, including the USA and Europe, with a distributed team working in various time zones.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administering and supporting the Amazon Connect platform.
Managing service consumption.
Providing technical expertise across Amazon Connect and various Contact Centre applications. such as CRM (Salesforce), autodialers, Workforce Management software and other applications as required.
Propose improvements and be able to implement them.
We work with our teams to maintain SLOs / SLAs and define SLIs.
BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 to 5 years hands on experience in administering AWS.
Telephony, communication implementation, including automation and data integration would be a big plus.
Solid experience in building infrastructure using Amazon Web Services platform.
Salesforce.com experience preferable, API integrations.
Ability to place the needs of the Care Team agents and our LGC customers first, and to deliver on agent and customer experience.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Good to have skills:
Familiar with ITIL processes with related work experience.
Auto dialler management experience (Acqueon or similar).
Track history of contact centre delivery with Amazon tools and applications.
Familiarity with the stack in use is an advantage (.NET, Packer, Terraform, AppVeyor, Vault).
