Create scalable internal processes and systems that connect and support company operational improvement across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
Partner with senior management and the corresponding heads of each operating unit to develop and implement growth strategies for each product line
Direct the strategic and business planning for any assigned enterprise initiatives, as well as for designated product lines
Develop a view of market conditions, competition, opportunities and strategic relationships to be considered
Function as an effective resource to executives, management teams and our board of directors
2+ years of post-bachelors experience at management consulting or investing firm
Exceptional quantitative reasoning skills with fluency in financial modeling, scenario analysis & sensitivity, and large-scale data analysis in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Willingness to learn about & become proficient in synthesizing & delivering analyses out of internal operational systems such as SalesForce, Netsuite, Paycom, Carta etc.
Strong synthesis & presentation skills, able to summarize complex analyses in a succinct & understandable way with ease
Prior healthcare provider and/or health IT work experience preferred, excitement to learn more about the healthcare ecosystem required
Team player with the hunger to learn, the conviction to drive change, and the humility to listen
Passionate about learning & working on operational improvement at a fast-growing startup
