CyberMDX support provides expert technical support for worldwide customers and responsible for: (-) Installation, configuration and finetune CyberMDX’s products remote and on-site. (-) Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support. (-) Create supporting documentation for customers, prospects, and partners. (-) Provide formal remote and onsite training with on-the-job training to CyberMDX’s customers. (-) Provide Tier3 support – include deep investigation, provide a workaround, and a fix to various problems while meeting SLAs. (-) Working closely with the CSM team, cyber analyst team, R&D, and product to ensure quick resolution. (-) Understand customer needs and help to shape CyberMDX’s product. (-) Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
